SHIPPING POLICY

Most orders placed by 3pm CST, Monday–Friday, will usually ship the same day; excluding holidays. Orders placed after 3pm CST, Monday–Friday, will ship the following business day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will ship on the next business day.

Express Shipping:
Deliveries are made in 2 business days.
Order cost must not exceed $120 for 2 day shipping.
Rural and remote areas may incur longer delivery times.

Expedited Shipping:
Deliveries are made in 2 to 4 business days.
Packages weighing 10 pounds or less are delivered to your door by the USPS or UPS.
Packages weighing more than 10 pounds will be delivered by USPS or UPS.
Rural and remote areas may incur longer delivery times.

Standard Shipping:
Deliveries are made in 2 to 6 business days.
Packages weighing 10 pounds or less are delivered to your door by the USPS or UPS.
Packages weighing more than 10 pounds will be delivered by USPS or UPS.
Rural and remote areas may incur longer delivery times.

Oversized Items:
Deliveries are made in 3 to 8 business days.
Combining oversized items with standard shipping items will double the shipping charge (oversized shipping + standard shipping) unless a promotion is in use.

Ultimate Party is not responsible for:

Delays with USPS or UPS shipping
Lost, damaged, or marked delivered items

US Postal Service Guarantees
We are NOT responsible if the package is not delivered in the guaranteed shipping times as it may take 1-3 business days to process the order, and we cannot be held liable for USPS guarantees. If the item is not delivered in time, please contact USPS (1-800-ASK-USPS). We will NOT refund additional shipping charges if USPS fails to meet their guaranteed shipping times.

UPS Guarantees
We are NOT responsible if the package is not delivered in the guaranteed shipping times as it may take 1-3 business days to process the order, and we cannot be held liable for UPS guarantees. If the item is not delivered in time, please contact UPS (1-888-742-5877). We will NOT refund additional shipping charges if UPS fails to meet their guaranteed shipping times.

What could prevent my order from shipping today?
You will receive an email from Customer Support if:
The billing address provided does not match what the credit card has on file.
The shipping address provided cannot be confirmed.
The shipping address provided is a PO Box and you have selected an expedited shipping method.
Additional factors could be:
The order was placed after 3pm CST on a weekday (Monday – Friday).
The order was placed on a weekend (Saturday – Sunday).
The order is a bulk order that requires additional processing time for shipment.
Custom or personalized Items which require additional processing time (they will ship separately from any standard merchandise ordered).

My Order Confirmation says I have Dropship items, what does this mean?
Dropship merchandise are items that ship directly from the manufacturer.
This merchandise will arrive separately from other items on your order and depending on your location may take 3 additional business days for delivery.

Do you ship to PO Boxes or Military Addresses?
Yes, we do! Please review the information below for any restrictions or limitations that may apply to your order.
If a PO Box address is provided for shipping, the package may ship via USPS Parcel Select depending on the weight, size, or shipping destination.
Orders shipping to a PO Box cannot ship via any express method.
Hazardous items (such as helium tanks, color spray and chaffing fuel), perishable items (such as chocolate) & personalized favors cannot be shipped to a PO Box or Military address.
APO/FPO/DPO deliveries are made via USPS and delivery times for these addresses are dependent upon location.
Please check the product page for your items to ensure your item can be shipped to your PO Box or military address.

Do you ship outside the 50 United States?
We are unable to ship orders to Alaska and Hawaii and any US Territories such as Puerto Rico, Guam, or the Virgin Islands at this time.
